At The Veil, I believe birth is more than a medical event—it’s a transformative journey that deserves intention, understanding, and respect. The Informed Birth Initiative is my commitment to helping you reclaim your power, make confident choices, and approach birth with clarity and calm.
For many, birth feels overwhelming, confusing, or even frightening. The fear of the unknown, the pressure to conform to others’ expectations, and the lack of accessible resources can leave you feeling disconnected and out of control. This initiative was created to address those challenges head-on, ensuring you have the support you need to navigate your unique journey.

What you’ll get from the Informed Birth Initiative:
The Informed Birth Initiative isn’t just about preparation—it’s about transformation. It’s about shifting the narrative from fear and uncertainty to confidence and empowerment. Whether you’re exploring your options, preparing for your first baby, or reflecting on past experiences, this initiative helps you step into birth with the knowledge and support you need to feel seen, valued, and in control.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Together, we’ll lift the veil on the birth process and help you discover the strength, intuition, and clarity that have been within you all along.
Participants of the Informed Birth Initiative will receive:
2-3 months of support, including 2-3 in-person or virtual calls per month + unlimited support via messages.
Childbirth education and Birth plan preparation
One Sacred Renewal Ritual (including 30min of Reiki, aromatherapy, scalp and hand massage, and a intuitive card reading)
Available slots are based on due dates - there is only 1 spot available per month of each estimated due date. However, there is always a waitlist! People who apply are automatically added to the waitlist if there is not a slot immediately available.
While applications are open to all, the Initiative prioritizes applications from people who are from marginalized populations, including people of color, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, low-income families, and parents under the age of 18.
